Issuance of 3,143,200 units (the "New Units") in CapitaLand Malaysia Mall Trust ("CMMT") at an issue price of MYR1.5527 per unit as part payment of management fees to CapitaLand Malaysia Mall REIT Management Sdn. Bhd. (formerly known as CapitaMalls Malaysia REIT Management Sdn. Bhd.) ("CMRM") (as manager of CMMT) for the 6 months' period from 1 January 2016 to 30 June 2016. The management fee payable to CMRM for the 6 months' period ended 30 June 2016 amounted to MYR11,637,624.50 (exclude goods and services tax) of which MYR4,880,485.85 will be satisfied via the issuance of the New Units to CMRM. Based on the 10-day volume weighted average price of CMMT units issued up to and including 30 June 2016 of MYR1.5527, the number of units to be issued to the Manager will be 3,143,200.
