Issuance of 2,820,900 units (the “New Units”) in CapitaMalls Malaysia Trust (“CMMT”) at an issue price of MYR1.1084 per unit as part payment of management fees to CapitaMalls Malaysia REIT Management Sdn. Bhd. (“CMRM”) (as manager of CMMT) for the financial year ended 31 December 2010. The total management fee payable to CMRM for the financial year ended 31 December 2010 amounted to MYR6,196,011.55 of which MYR3,126,704.85 was satisfied via the issuance of the New Units to CMRM. Based on the 10-day volume weighted average price of the units issued in CMMT up to and including 30 December 2010 of MYR1.1084, the number of units issued to the Manager was 2,820,900.
