Issuance of 3,250,700 units (the “New Units”) in CapitaMalls Malaysia Trust (“CMMT”) at an issue price of MYR1.3608 per unit as part payment of management fees to CapitaMalls Malaysia REIT Management Sdn. Bhd. (“CMRM”) (as manager of CMMT) for the 6 months’ period from 1 July 2013 to 31 December 2013. The total management fee payable to CMRM for the 6 months’ period ended 31 December 2013 amounted to MYR10,355,910.83 (inclusive of a service tax of 6.0%) of which MYR4,423,552.56 will be satisfied via the issuance of the New Units to CMRM. Based on the 10-day volume weighted average price of the CMMT units issued up to and including 31 December 2013 of MYR1.3608, the number of units to be issued to the Manager will be 3,250,700.
