Details
Issuance of 3,117,500 units (the "New Units") in CapitaLand Malaysia Mall Trust ("CMMT") at an issue price of MYR1.5316 per unit as part payment of management fees to CapitaLand Malaysia Mall REIT Management Sdn. Bhd. ("CMRM") (as manager of CMMT) for the 6 months' period from 1 January 2017 to 30 June 2017. The total management fee payable to CMRM for the 6 months' period ended 30 June 2017 amounted to MYR12,305,194.46 (inclusive of a goods and services tax of 6.0%) of which MYR 4,774,905.45 will be satisfied via the issuance of the New Units to CMRM. Based on the 10-day volume weighted average price of CMMT units issued up to and including 30 June 2017 of MYR1.5316, the number of units to be issued to the Manager will be 3,117,500.
