Details
Issuance of 3,515,700 units (the New Units) in CapitaLand Malaysia Mall Trust (CMMT) at an issue price of MYR1.371 per unit as part payment of management fees to CapitaLand Malaysia Mall REIT Management Sdn. Bhd. (formerly known as CapitaMalls Malaysia REIT Management Sdn. Bhd.) (CMRM) (as manager of CMMT) for the 6 months' period from 1 July 2015 to 31 December 2015. The total management fee payable to CMRM for the 6 months' period ended 31 December 2015 amounted to MYR11,669,099.94 (exclude goods and services tax) of which MYR 4,820,160.38 will be satisfied via the issuance of the New Units to CMRM. Based on the 10-day volume weighted average price of CMMT units issued up to and including 31 December 2015 of MYR1.371, the number of units to be issued to the Manager will be 3,515,700.
