Details
Issuance of 2,882,300 units (the "New Units") in CapitaLand Malaysia Mall Trust ("CMMT") at an issue price of MYR1.603 per unit as part payment of management fees to CapitaLand Malaysia Mall REIT Management Sdn. Bhd. ("CMRM") (as manager of CMMT) for the 6 months' period from 1 July 2017 to 31 December 2017. The total management fee payable to CMRM for the 6 months' period ended 31 December 2017 amounted to MYR12,343,325.68 (inclusive of a goods and services tax of 6.0%) of which MYR4,620,352.98 will be satisfied via the issuance of the New Units to CMRM. Based on the 10-day volume weighted average price of CMMT units issued up to and including 29 December 2017 of MYR1.603, the number of units to be issued to the Manager will be 2,882,300.
