Issuance of 3,106,300 New Units in CMMT at an issue price of MYR1.3748 per unit as part payment of management fees to CMRM for the 6 months' period from 1 January 2015 to 30 June 2015. The total management fee payable to CMRM for the 6 months' period ended 30 June 2015 amounted to RM10,020,726.17 (exclude service tax and goods and services tax) of which MYR4,270,675.58 will be satisfied via issuance of the New Units to CMRM. Based on the 10-day volume weighted average price of the CMMT units issued up to and including 30 June 2015 of MYR1.3748, the number of units to be issued to the Manager will be 3,106,300.
