The NETX Tech Giant

NETX can be seen as a HUGE beneficiary of the Digital Free Trade Zone (DFTZ ) and a key player to transform the mobile payments solution market in Malaysia.



1) NETX ‘s Subsidiary, PayAllz will enable multi-platform payment gateways with the likes of Alipay, Wepay, Apple Pay and Samsung Pay. PayAllz’s electronic payment platforms such as the mobile Point of Sale (mPOS) device, are increasingly being used by retail merchants and stores

Netx partners with XOX to develop an electronic payment mobile exchange that enables every XOX Bhd subscribers to be an e-commerce merchant. ( XOX aims to have 2 MILLION subscribers in 2017)
 

 

2) NETX is developing the revolutionary Mobile Payment Exchange System  ( MPEX) which is a Disruptive Technology. The differentiating factor of MPex is that users will be able to make and receive payments for transactions using established payment services such as WeChat Pay, Union Pay, Visa and MasterCard by scanning the merchant’s common QR code at the counter.




3)  ALIPAY and WECHAT Pay controls about 80% of China’s mobile payment market worth
USD$ 5.5 TRILLION. China will soon turn to a CASHLESS society. IF merchants do not use QR codes, they stand to LOSE.



 

4) MACQUARIE has funded MPex for RM 25.5 million via share issuance scheme.

NetX’s executive director Steve Tan said the group intends to be “one of the key players mobilising and enabling this exponential mobile growth”.

“Macquarie coming on board symbolises their FAITH in us as a group and our product as the Leading platform for this movement,” Tan said. (The Edge, June 2017)

 

The MPex system is targeted for subscribers from Malaysia and China. The Group will be able to derive revenue from the MPex system via the following sources:- (a) merchant subscription fee for using the MPex system; (b) transaction charges levied on the merchant based on the transaction value; (c) foreign exchange charges, if any, to the merchants; and (d) referral charges levied on the merchant for every successful transaction.

 

In simpler terms, the more the users and merchants, the higher the profits

 

 

5) In 2015, Malaysia welcomed only 1.7million china tourist who spent RM 5.7 billion.

Malaysia targets 8 MILLION China Tourist by 2020. Based on the spending pattern of China tourist in 2015, Malaysia can expect about RM 25 – 26 Billion of income from them.  IF NETX has conservative a 0.5% share of that… do the math. (Remember, Alipay and Wechat controls about 80% mobile payment market of CHINA and therefore, it is HIGHLY LIKELY that tourists will use their app to purchase our items provided if the local merchants have MPEX )

 

6) Expansion Overseas into Cambodia, Indo china region , Middle East and China. In mid-2016, it partnered with Rockville Technologies LLC to provide electronic data capture payment solutions in the Greater Middle East region. Rockville which operates in Kuwait, the United Arab Emirates and Sri Lanka, among others, have serviced notable clients such as Telenor, Warid and Mobilink.

 

7) Goodwill incurred of 30 million 8 years ago has been parred down in the past 3 years. It has high cash in hand for growth and low debt.

 

8) In May 2017, Netx subscribed to 51% of FoM (Flavours Of Malaysia ) shares worth RM 1.87 million. FoM offers Malaysian specialty Food & Beverage products in China. The partnership intends to develop a Halal-certified e-commerce market place for goods and services between Chinese and Malaysian consumers and will use NetX’s integrated MPEX. China’s estimated 26 million Muslims contributed around 0.1 percent, or $10 billion USD of the F&B industry in China ( State of the Global Islamic Economy 2015/16 report )

(Assuming NETX can obtain a 1% profit from that untapped marketplace, it is worth $100 million USD)

 

 

9) In summary, NETX, has started to make profits in the recent quarters and the drastic surge in revenue is something worth noting.

Buying interest may be present as volume is picking up recently based on the chart.

The mobile payments solution market is growing at a Stratostrophic rate in Malaysia and worldwide.
This penny stock is competing in a BILLION dollar market.

0.15? 0.20? 0.50? Time will tell.

Asiabio是开发种植生物技术本来都没赚钱,是投资控股公司专门靠投资/炒其他公司股票赚钱。
他的portfolio才9千万那么少不足够的最少要有超过5亿以上portfolio才足够,他还会每年继续大量发行股票筹钱。他没卖portfolio的股票是没有赚钱的。Asiabio不能买,会睡觉3-5年的。
要买就买他投资的公司:Asiabio买了(focus,mlab,netx,vsolar,dgb)
他炒了focus 从5sen起到36.5sen,Asiabio今年已经发行股票了不能再发了要明年了,现在现金有8百万,他要钱来炒股起了很多的focus他可能会卖的!!
下来看他会炒哪一支:
Mlab给其他炒家炒了从9sen起到45sen,又从45sen高位跌到现在,他现在这样少钱炒不动mlab的很多套牢盘他不会炒。他会当长期投资会睡两年。
netx正在发行多40%股票5亿股要大量卖。
vsolar 正在发行多400%股票12亿股要大量卖。
dgb 有现金1千3百万是被低估的股票。
xox 正在发行多60%股票5亿股要大量卖。
大量发行股票要卖的公司,炒家/asiabio哪里会那么笨逆势炒,炒不动不会去炒的!

Mlab 7月从45c跌到现在天天交易几千万股,套牢股民占了总股数90%(1亿1千4百万)
focus (asiabio)他投资1千5百万。账面赚4千万了
已基本面看:Netx还没有做好电子钱包,Vsolar还没建造大型发电厂(基本面没有改善股价不会升的)
Mlab 公司炒高发行股票,套牢在高位股民(卖压沉重)asiabio不会跟他们解套,等所有套牢卖了出来会很久的需要两年吧,建议你不要买。
已炒面看:Netx和vsolar公司要卖大量的股票,asiabio不会在这段期间硬碰硬(暂时不会炒),炒股团跟本不会入股都是买少过5%股票公司要卖40%股票所以是不会上的。
Focus 公司盈利一年也赚几百万罢了,已经overvalued了,(Asiabio)投资在focus赚的钱比focus盈利还要多,asiabio炒...股价起了500%要小心随时他会套现会卖,建议你别追高。
XOX从去年公司卖股票给市场到现在一年了才卖了不到1亿股。我分析到这样清楚(Netx,Vsolar,mlab,)如果你要买我不会阻止你,你准备陪他睡很久。
已基本面看:Asiabio 投资控股公司专门靠(投资/炒其他公司)股票赚钱。他的portfolio才9千万那么少不足够的最少要有超过5亿以上portfolio才足够,3年前就开始大量发行股票筹资,未来的五年他还继续每年大量发行股票筹钱。讲难听一点他炒的公司会先受惠最后才轮到他(asiabio)或他要等到portfolio里面的股票所有都赚钱asiabio才会起。Asiabio更不能买,他比这些他投资的股会睡的更久。
Dgb 是asiabio投资组合里面唯一,一支股没有发行附加股票,现金最多的公司有1千3百万,市值最低,股价最低(undervalue)也是最好那支股。Asiabio目前只有现金8百万,以他这笔现金他要炒他可以一口气吃25%股票。

prince4 mahathir让大马能发展有自己的科技公司搞多媒体走廊(MSC)1996年。 很多是科技公司以前都是开发信息技术和其他都是开发未来的技术。 1999年就成立Mesdaq market 本来都是给这些公司有一个平台筹资发展下去。 Abdullah那时候延续mahathir(保护土著策略 )很多限制绑手绑脚所以大马这些科技公司发展技术进度都很缓慢。
大马和东盟电讯网络普及率慢,覆盖率慢,导致发展空间有限(1999到2009年这些公司过去很多科技公司开发了技术没平台和市场发展所以都没赚钱!开发技术科技也过时了(白忙一场)

现在世界经济疲软增长还缓慢,新一个浪潮革命发动,发达国家走工业4.0 来推动未来的经济。物联网时代将领大马也不能不跟着世界的脚步走。
这些科技公司有技术最大问题是没有平台和市场发展。
智能的时代2010到2016年 ,本地科技公司很多开发新的科技技术都是有关于(物联网)ioT。还是一样老问题没平台和市场发展!纳吉推出国家数字经济转型大蓝图,2017年开跑数码经济。
数码经济是能让企业降低成本,推动企业效力和推进国家进步增长一种方式。 najib为了加大力度推动数码经济。
1.推快数码经济国家进度
马云做advisor,马云也没白做advisor 当然要让马云公司进大马,马云有钱有技术什么都·可以自己做到完,在大马市场纳吉一定条件限制他和大马公司合作绑在一起。
2.现有的Ace market.公司
Pelaburan mara (科技基金)和中国私募基金有一个资金专门投资创投和现有科技公司有潜力科技公司的! 他们两个不用去找初创科技公司,不用麻麻烦烦投资其他科技公司直接投资入股Asiabio ,把asiabio 变成控股公司。只要Asiabio这十年里面需要钱就发行股票卖给政府基金和中国私募基金。
Asiabio 老板是 Nur Jazlan 是najib好哥们,肥水不流外人田(最主要是投资首相大马政府要推行的数码经济)
3.成立Leap market 给SME 和初创科技公司有一个平台筹资发展

prince4 三年前那时后sumatec 55sen 我讲会跌到5 sen 没人信!有人讲sumatec 可以起到1.00多少又多少!
我只在sumatec 那里讲油价100快一桶油sumatec也不会赚钱的。(不了解sumatec还跟我理论到要吵架真的可笑级)那条友和我理论的名字我到现在都还记得。blocked掉我!

prince4 asiabio做股东的股能买,只是你买的时机要对介入环节要对!
我讲netx先,Asiabio 先入股就是大股东,公司有企业动作(做电子钱包)那么公司就是需要钱吗就要(发行股票)就会找证券行做,证券行的(操盘部门)就会在公开市场帮(老板X)在公开市场吃完4/4.5 sen股票炒去11sen 就起了175%,然后公司就发放利好做电子钱包投资者就会进场买。作为(老板X)就做了顺风车赚了175%就从11sen丢着下(卖)。.
先在很多利好也不会上的,难道你不知道公司在发行股票?你要分清楚不是附加股(right issue)哦.
附加股只能发行max30%总股数,有截止日期。有股票的股民才能认购,认购不足就集资不足够钱!
Netx现在发行的是股份发行计划(SIS)可以发行很多的,他发行的是5亿股5分钱
***老板X.就拿赚的钱帮公司买(SIS)就在公开市场脱售,不赚钱也无所谓只要高过5sen 有买盘他就一直卖,毕竟公司就是急用那笔钱来发展,没买盘就休息,有买盘重复继续***
现在买就不对时机,炒股团要炒股也不会选有做(SIS)的公司,炒股团是了解这些条规的不会硬碰硬根本只是帮公司买公司要卖的股票,在讲普通炒股团哪里有几千万来买,跟不用讲炒!炒小股的炒股团资金不会超过1千万的!
5亿股没卖完,电子钱包就肯定不会存在!

Confirmed no retailers will rejected this big giants company will accept Visa,master,Alipay,Wechat pay,samsung pay ,apple pay and touch n go pay.No accept this big giants wallet business will big drop .
The other small merchants also know this ,will also follow big merchant to accept big giants wallet.
For small wallet company difficult pursuit merchants join.
Most of people they also don't want use too many mobile wallet ,We have bank account will use visa/master pay ,if people don't want tie up bank account most of people in malaysia use iphone and samsung so they will use samsung pay /apple pay or will use many merchants accept popular Alipay .

lextcs no way its going to succeed... they just don't have the human capital to see thru it... besides goren stks in more profitable...or rather print more shares to dump into the market...current market cap value at 86m...somemore want to do bizness meh? sell 50% stake at 6c aso get back 43million ringgit ... better in the bizness of selling stocks than launching alinpay or pay up all of u wallet...

IN a few weeks, Digi.com Bhd will launch a new app called vcash.
It is an e-wallet meant not just for its subscribes but for anyone with a mobile phone to pay for services.
It is a virtual wallet for which we have had a soft launch recently. We will commercially launch it soon. What you need to do is put in the money and use it at merchants that have our QR code. This opens a new area for us and we are working towards a one-day settlement,” Digi CEO Albern Murty explains.
The solution was created by the company and it is part of the financial technology revolution where anyone with a licence can offer payment services.
It has since been re-branded as Valyou. Telenor is seeking to strengthen its mobile financial services footprint and offerings in Asia.
Telenor has a 49% stake in Digi.
With the licence, it can work with merchants from the favourite street nasi lemak seller to the pisang goreng woman. As long as they have the bar code, they can accept vcash.
