Genting Malaysia Berhad (“Company”) today acquired 500,000 shares for a total consideration of RM2,124,035.61 at an average price of RM4.248 each, inclusive of transaction costs. The share buy-back was made pursuant to the approval given by the Company’s shareholders on 12 June 2013.

The resulting cumulative net outstanding treasury shares of 267,107,400 represent approximately 4.50% of the Company’s issued and paid-up share capital of 5,938,044,648 ordinary shares as at 2 June 2014.
