A total of 1,098,900 units of treasury shares were transferred pursuant to Section 127(7)(c) of the Companies Act 2016. Direct and indirect interests of the directors and major shareholders and any person connected with the directors or major shareholders in the transfers are as below:- 1. 462,700 shares were transferred to Lim Hock Lai under the Company's Employees' Share Grant Plan, a person connected to Dato' Lim Kok Boon, Datin Lai Yin Leng and Lim Seng Lee. 2. 231,100 shares were transferred to Lim Siew Ai under the Company's Employees' Share Grant Plan, a person connected to Dato Lim A Heng @ Lim Kok Cheong, Datin Chua Shok Tim @ Chua Siok Hoon, Dato' Lim Kok Boon, Datin Lai Yin Leng and Lim Seng Lee. There is no cancellation of treasury shares. The total number of issued shares of the Company remain unchanged after the allotment of 2,883,400 shares on 9 January 2023, i.e. 212,876,127 ordinary shares.
