HKIT is the trustee of a trust that holds 100,000 shares in UMB. 4. HSBC Private Banking Holdings (Suisse) SA [HSBC Suisse] owns the entire issued capital of HKIT. The change is because HKIT has ceased to be the trustee of the trust on 30 November 2016.
