1) Acquisition of 4,300,000 ordinary shares by Tan Sri Dato' Seri Dr Jeffrey Cheah Fook Ling, her spouse, by way of exercising his share options under the Employees' Share Option Scheme ("ESOS");
2) Acquisition of 400,000 ordinary shares by Sarena Cheah Yean Tih, her child, by way of exercising her share options under the ESOS; and
3) Acquisition of 400,000 ordinary shares by Evan Cheah Yean Shin, her child, by way of exercising his share options under the ESOS.
