("Offeror") to acquire all of the issued ordinary shares of OldTown Berhad ("OldTown"), not already owned by the Offeror at a cash consideration of RM3.18 per share. Valid acceptances by Mawer and other shareholders have resulted in the acceptance condition of the Offeror's holding more than 50.00% of shares in OldTown being fulfilled.
