Reason	Arising from acceptances by Old Town International Sdn Bhd pursuant to the conditional voluntary take-over offer from CIMB Investment Bank Berhad on behalf of Jacobs Douwe Egberts Holding Asia NL B. V. ("Offeror") to acquire all of the issued ordinary shares of OldTown Berhad, not already owned by the Offeror at a cash consideration of RM3.18 per share ("Offer"). Note that the acceptances pursuant to the Offer is subject to the condition that the Offeror receives, on or before the closing date of the Offer, acceptances by the holders of the offer shares (provided that such acceptances are not, where permitted, subsequently withdrawn), which will result in the Offeror, holding in aggregate, more than 50% of the shares excluding shares already held at the date of the Offer by the Offeror.
