Reason	Following the Capital Reduction and Repayment undetaken by Alliance Financial Group Berhad (AFG) under its Corporate Reorganisation exericse, involving the cancellation of all the ordinary shares in AFG and distribution-in-specie of the entire shareholdings of AFG in Alliance Bank Malaysia Berhad (ABMB) to the entitled shareholders of AFG on the basis of one (1) ABMB share for every one (1) AFG share held in accordance to Section 116 of the Companies Act 2016 (CA 2016).
