Reason As a result of the completion of the court-sanctioned scheme of arrangement and all-share merger of Aberdeen Asset Management PLC ("AAMPLC") and Standard Life plc (SL) which became effective on 14 August 2017, this notification details the assets under management of the new Combined GroupSL and AAMPLC (Standard Life Aberdeen plc). The shares detailed are managed by the named discretionary investment management entity within multiple portfolios on behalf of underlying clients. As a result of the above, from 14 August 2017, the substantial shareholding disclosure will be made by Standard Life Aberdeen plc and AAMPLC will cease to make such disclosure.
