Credit Suisse Trust Limited's deemed interest in WZB arises by virtue of ithaving, as at the date of this notice, a 100% shareholding (through Serangoon Limited and Seletar Limited as nominee in trust for Credit Suisse Trust limited) in An Ping Investments Limited, which has a 100% shareholding in An Ping Holdings limited, which has a 20% direct shareholding in Hengan International Group Company Limited (based on information extracted from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange as of to date), which in turn has a 100% shareholdfllg in Hengan Mega Jumbo Investments Limited, which in turn has a 100% shareholding in Hengan.
