The board of directors of UCrest Berhad (formerly known as Palette Multimedia Berhad) ( UCrest or Company ) wishes to announce that the ordinary resolutions as set out in the Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting ( EGM ) dated 5 January 2018 and tabled at the EGM of the Company held today, 22 January 2018, were duly passed by the shareholders of the Company at the EGM.

The ordinary resolutions were voted by poll and the result was validated by Insight Advisory Services Sdn Bhd (1072002-A), the independent scrutineer appointed by the Company.
