The Company’s announcement on the outcome of Nineteenth Annual General Meeting held on 17 November 2016 (“19th AGM”) made on the even date refers.

The Board of Directorsof the Company wishes to inform that the Scrutineer has on 25 November 2016 confirmed that the Company's poll results for the 19th AGM are as follows:-

1. the total number of shares voted in favour for Resolutions 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 9 should read as 115,075,351 instead of 93,378,351; and
2. the total number of shares voted in favour for Resolution 8 should read as 60,241,297 instead of 38,544,297.

The variance of 21,697,000 shares was due to a typographical error where the said number of shares of 24,107,745 shares was typed as 2,410,745 shares.

Nevertheless, all the resolutions remain passed.
