The Board of Directors of GHL Systems Berhad wishes to announce that all resolutions set out in the Notice of the Twenty-Third Annual General Meeting (“23rd AGM”) dated 27 April 2017, were duly passed by the shareholders of the Company by way of pollat the 23rd AGM held at Function Room 1 and 2, 1st Floor, TPC Kuala Lumpur, 10, Jalan 1/70D, Off Jalan Bukit Kiara, 60000 Kuala Lumpur on Friday, 26 May 2017.

The results of the poll of the 23rd AGM of the Company were validated by TMF Administrative Services Malaysia Sdn. Bhd., the Scrutineer appointed by the Company.
