Outcome

The Board of Directors ofIFCA MSC Berhad.("IFCA") is pleased to announce that the resolutions set outin the Notice of the Nineteenth Annual General Meeting ("19th AGM") dated 28April2017were duly passed at the 19th AGM of IFCA held earlier today.

All the resolutions were approved by way of poll at the 19th AGM. The results of the poll were validated by JunShern & Co., the Independent Scrutineer appointed by IFCA. The details of the poll results are set out in the attachment.
