Outcome
The board of directors of GFM Services Berhad ( GFM Services or Company ) wishes to announce that all the resolutions as set out in the Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting ( EGM ) dated 19 September 2017 and tabled at the EGM of the Company held today, 17 October 2017, were duly passed by the shareholders of the Company at the EGM.
All the resolutions were voted by poll and the results were validated by Coopers Professional Scrutineers Sdn Bhd, the independent scrutineer appointed by the Company.
