The Board of Directors ofKaryon Industries Berhad ("the Company") is pleased to announce that all the resolutions as set outin the Notice of the 14th Annual General Meeting of the Companydated 28July 2017were dulypassed by way of poll today. The results of the poll were validated by Messrs. Coopers Professional Scrutineers Sdn Bhd, the Independent Scrutineer appointed by the Company. The results of the poll of the said meeting is attached herewith.
