The Board of Directors of SKH Consortium Berhad (formerly known as The Media Shoppe Berhad) ["the Company'] wishes to announce that all the resolutions set out in the Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") dated 28 July 2016 and tabled at the Twentieth AGM of the Company held today, 19 August 2016 were duly passed by the shareholders of the Company at the said AGM.

All the resolutions were voted by poll and results of the poll were validated by Mega Corporate Services Sdn. Bhd., the independent scrutineer appointed by the Company.
