The Board of Directors of Excel Force MSC Berhad ("the Company") wishes to announce that the resolution as set out in the Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting (“EGM”) dated 16 May 2017 was duly passed by way of poll at the EGM of the Company held on 2 June 2017.
