The Board of Directors of Green Packet Berhad wishes to inform that the Ordinary Resolution on the Proposed Rights Issue With Warrants tabled at the Extraordinary General Meetingwas duly passed by the shareholders. The voting in respect of the said resolution was carried out by way of a poll. The result of the poll was verified by the Independent Scrutineer, Symphony Corporatehouse Sdn Bhd.
