Outcome
At the Eighth Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company duly held and convened on Monday, 23 September 2013, all the resolutions put to the AGM were resolved and carried except for Resolution No. 1 on the re-election of Mr. Lee Kah Kheng as a Director of the Company.
The said Resolution No. 1 was not put forth for voting as before the commencement of this AGM, the Company had received a letter from Mr. Lee Kah Kheng of his intention to retire as a Executive Director of the Company. Therefore, Mr. Lee Kah Kheng retired at the conclusion of this AGM.
