The Board of Directors of AppAsia Berhad ("AppAsia” or “Company") wishes to announce that at its Thirteenth Annual General Meeting ("13th AGM")held this morning, all the ordinary resolutions as set out in the Notice of 13th AGM dated 27 April 2017 were duly passed by way of poll voting.
The independent scrutineer appointed for the verification of the poll results is Boardroom Business Solution Sdn Bhd.
