Outcome
The Board of Directors of Malaysian Genomics Resource Centre Berhad ("MGRC" or "the Company") wishes to announce that all the resolutions as set out in the Notice of the Thirteenth Annual General Meeting ("13th AGM") of the Company dated 16 October 2017 were duly passed by the shareholders of the Company at the 13th AGM held today.

All the resolutions were voted by poll and the results of the poll were validated by Commercial Quest Sdn. Bhd., the independent scrutineer appointed by the Company.
