Outcome
The Board of Directors of Boilermech Holdings Berhad ("the Company") is pleasedto announce that all the resolutions as set out in the notice convening the Seventh Annual General Meeting ("7th AGM") dated28 July2017were duly passed at the 7th AGM of the Company held earlier today.
All the resolutions were approved byway of voting on poll. The results of the poll were validated by Messrs. Coopers Professional Scrutineers Sdn Bhd, the Independent Scrutineer appointed by the Company. The results of the poll of the 7th AGM is attached herewith.
