The Board of Directors of Malaysia Building Society Berhad ("MBSB" or "the Company") wishes to announce that the resolutionas set out in the Notice of the Court Convened Meeting ("CCM") dated 31 December 2017 was duly passed by the shareholders of MBSB at the CCM held today, 23January 2018.

The resolution was voted by poll and resultof the poll was validated by Coopers Professional Scrutineers Sdn Bhd, the independent scrutineer appointed by the Company.
