Outcome

The Board of Directors of DRB-HICOM Berhad ("DRB-HICOM"), wishes to announce that the Ordinary Resolution set out in the Notice of the Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM") dated 15 August 2017 was duly passed.

The voting in respect of the Ordinary Resolution was carried out by way of a poll, results of which were validated by Symphony Corporatehouse Sdn Bhd, the independent scrutineer appointed by the Company.
