Malaysian Resources Corporation Berhad ("the Company") is pleased to announce that the resolutions set out in the Notice of 47th Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company dated 20April 2018were dully passed at the 47th AGM of the Company held on Monday, 21 April 2018 at 10.00 a.m.
All resolutions were approved by way of poll and the results of thepoll were validated by GovernAce Advisory & SolutionsSdn Bhd, the Independent Scrutineer appointed by the Company. The details of the poll results are set out in the attachment.
