Outcome
The Board of Directors of Selangor DredgingBerhad ("Company") wishes to announce that all the resolutions asset out in the Notice of the Fifty-SixthAnnual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company dated 31July 2017were duly passed by the shareholders of the Company at the AGM held today by way of poll.
The scrutineer for the counting of votes is Mr.Avtaran Singh, anindependent scrutineer appointed by the Company.
