YTL Land & Development Berhad (“YTL L&D”) is pleased to announce that all resolutions set out in the Notice of 76th Annual General Meeting dated 28 October 2016 were duly passed by the shareholders of YTL L&D by way of poll voting.
The results of the poll which were validated by Deloitte Enterprise Risk Services Sdn Bhd, the Independent Scrutineer appointed by YTL L&D, are set out in Appendix I.
