YTL Land & Development Berhad ( YTL L&D ) is pleased to announce that all resolutions set out in the Notice of 77th Annual General Meeting dated 30 October 2017 were duly passed by the shareholders of YTL L&D by way of poll voting.
The results of the poll which were validated by Deloitte Enterprise Risk Services Sdn Bhd, the Independent Scrutineer appointed by YTL L&D, are set out in Appendix I.
