The attached Notice of EGM supersedes the Notice of EGM appearing in the New Straits Times ("NST") today. The errata which is in respect of the Special Resolution will appear in NST at the earliest practicable date. Please refer attachment below.

On behalf of the Board, Maybank IB wishes to announce that all the resolutions relating to the Proposed Placement, the Proposed Placement to PNB, the Proposed Share Consolidation and the Proposed Distribution as set out in the Notice of EGM dated 11 September 2017 have been passed by the shareholders of CCMB at the EGM held earlier today.

The voting in respect of the resolutions were carried out by way of poll and the results were validated by Symphony Corporatehouse Sdn Bhd, the independent scrutineer appointed by CCMB.
