We are pleased to inform that at the Forty-Fourth Annual General Meeting of Lion Diversified Holdings Berhad held on 2 December 2014, the shareholders have approved the following:

1. the re-appointment of Y. Bhg. Tan Sri William H.J. Cheng who retired pursuant to Section 129(6) of the Companies Act, 1965 as Director of the Company; and

2. all other resolutions tabled thereat including the resolutions transacted as special business as set out in the attached file.
