The Board of Directors of Lion Diversified Holdings Berhad ("LDHB") wishes to announce that all the resolutions set out in the Notice of the Extraordinary General Meeting of LDHB held on 31 July 2017 were duly passed by way of poll. The results of the poll were duly verified by Messrs Ong Boon Bah & Co., the Independent Scrutineers appointed by the Company.
