The Board of Directors of Berjaya AssetsBerhad ("the Company") is pleased to announce that the resolution tabled at the Company's Extraordinary General Meeting held on 1November2017 was dulypassed by poll. The result of the poll is set out in the attachment below.
The Board of Directors is also pleased to announce that the poll result has been duly verified by the Independent Scrutineer, namely, Messrs LT Lim & Associates.
