Outcome
The Board of Directors of Damansara Realty Berhad ( DBhd" or the "Company ) wishes to announce that all the ordinary resolutions set out in the Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting ( EGM ) dated 16 October 2017 and tabled at the EGM of the Company held today, 8 November 2017 were duly passed by the shareholders of the Company at the said EGM.
All the resolutions were voted by poll and the results of the poll were validated by Asia Securities Sdn. Berhad, the independent scrutineers appointed by the Company.
