The Board of Directors of DutaLand Berhad ("the Company") is pleased to announce that all the resolutions as set out in the Notice of the 49th Annual General Meeting of the Company held on26October 2016 were dulypassed by poll.

The results of the pollare set out in the attachment below on which have been duly validated and verified by Deloitte Enterprise Risk Services Sdn Bhd, the independent scrutineers appointed by the Company.
