PPB Group Berhad wishes to announce that all the resolutions set out in the notice ofthe 48th Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company dated 18 April 2017 were duly passed at the 48th AGM of the Company.

All the resolutions were voted by poll and the results of the poll were validated by Asia Securities Sdn Bhd, the independent scrutineer appointed by the Company.
