The Board of Directors of the Company is pleased to inform that the shareholders of the Company have at Park Avenue Hotel, Sejati, Level 02, E-1, Jalan Indah Dua, Taman Sejati Indah, 08000 Sungai Petani, Kedah Darul Aman on Monday, 18 March 2013 approved the Proposed Private Placement with Warrants as prescribed in the Notice of the EGM contained in the Circular dated 1March 2013 of the Company.
