The Board of Directors of the Company is pleased to announce that all the resolutions as set out in the Notice of the 27th Annual General Meeting of the Company dated 13 July 2017 were duly passed by way of poll today. The results of the poll were validated by Messrs Coopers Professional Scrutineers Sdn Bhd, the independent scrutineers appointed by the Company. The results of the poll of the said meeting is attached herewith.
