The Board of Directors of Malaysia Steel Works (KL) Bhd ("MASTEEL") is pleased to announce that all the resolutions as set out in the Notice of the Forty-Fifth Annual General Meeting ("45th AGM") of MASTEEL dated 28 April 2017 were duly passed by way of poll at the 45th AGM of MASTEEL, save and except for Ordinary Resolution 1 on payment of final single-tier dividend. The results of the poll were validated by Votesapp Sdn Bhd, the independent scrutineer appointed by MASTEEL.
