The Board of Directors of AirAsia Berhad("the Company") is pleased to announce that the resolutions set outin the Notice of the Twenty FourthAnnual General Meeting ("24th AGM") of the Company dated 28April 2017 were duly passed at the 24th AGM of the Company held on Thursday,25 May2017 at10.00 a.m.

All the resolutions were approved by way of poll at the 24th AGM. The results of the poll were validated by Coopers Professional Scrutineers Sdn. Bhd., the Independent Scrutineer appointed by AirAsia Berhad. The details of the poll results are set out in the attachment.
