Outcome
The Board of Directors of Pintar Projek Sdn Bhd, the manager ofYTL Hospitality REIT ("YTL REIT"), is pleased to announce that the ordinary resolution set out in the Notice of Meeting of Unitholders dated 29 September 2017 was duly passed by the unitholders of YTL REIT by way of poll voting.
The results of the poll which were validated by Deloitte Enterprise Risk Services Sdn Bhd, the Independent Scrutineer appointed by YTL REIT, are set out in Appendix I.
