We wish to announce that all the resolutions set out in the Notice of the 5th Annual General Meeting of Tower Real Estate Investment Trust ("Tower REIT") held on 27 April 2017 were duly passed by way of poll. The results of the poll were duly verified by Boardroom Business Solution Sdn Bhd, the independent Scrutineer appointed by Tower REIT. Details of the results of the poll are set out in the attachment.
