Outcome

The Board of Directors of Damansara REIT Managers Sdn Berhad ("DRMSB"), the Manager of Al-`Aqar Heatlhcare REIT ("Al-`Aqar") wishes to inform that resolutions as set out in the Notice of the Sixth (6th) Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of Al-`Aqar dated 22 March 2018 were duly passed by the unitholders of Al-`Aqar at the AGM held today, Thursday, 19 April 2018.

All the Resolutions were voted by poll and the results of the poll were validated by Coopers Professional Scrutineers Sdn Bhd, the independent scrutineer appointed by DRMSB.

The details of the poll results are as per attached.
